Service activities incidental to air transportation
The company is engaged in the provision of technical and administrative support services for airports. It also provides ground handling services and other airline business. It was established in 1998 that aims to provide handling services of highest quality while giving value to customers. It has its registered head office in Madrid, Spain. The company provides passenger services, ramp services, operations and coordination, and other services. Its passenger services include documents control, daily newspaper service, manual or computerized check-in through PALCO, STARCHECK and SABRE DCS'S, special handling to authorities and V.I.P. passengers, special assistance to disabled passengers, etc. Ramp services include aircraft loading/unloading, baggage sorting and transportation, cabing cleaning, crew transport, toilet and water services and special safety measures. The operations and coordination services include flight dispatch, crew control and assistance, interior aircraft cleaning supervision, control of cargo unit elements, weather briefing, flight plan assistance and many more. Other services of Newco include quality internal audits, call center and secondary tracing, LZ baggage storage, airport administrative managements and many others. The company also provides handling request and cargo terminal for its customers. Its cargo terminal is located at Madrid-Barajas airport.
