The company is a private firm engaged in arranging transportation of freight between shippers and carriers. It was incorporated in November of 1980 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Madrid, Spain. The company's freight transport services are the following: import advice, shrink-wrapping freight crates, cargo delivery and collection, cargo packaging, warehousing, airfreight agency, custom entry and industrial waste collection and conveyance services. As a freight forwarder, the company also undertakes the transportation of goods from the shippers to receivers for a charge covering the entire transportation, and, in turn, makes use of the services of other transportation establishments as instrumentalities in effecting delivery. The company's internal operation is within the management of Rubio Ricardo.
