Service activities incidental to water transportation

The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the provision of transportation services, particularly sea and coastal water transportation. It was incorporated in January of 1966 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Madrid, Spain. The privately held company primarily operates vessels for the transportation of passengers on the deep seas. The company also provides the following activities: cargo salvaging from distressed vessels; chartering of commercial boats; dismantling ships; operation of marine railways for dry-docking; marine salvaging; marine wrecking; piloting vessels in and out of harbors; ship registering, including surveying and classifying ships and marine equipment; and steamship leasing.
