The company operates as a bus station in Madrid, Spain. It is the largest bus station in Madrid and is located within the enormous "intercambiador" or Interchange Station called Méndez Álvaro. It is the main station for medium to long distance travel, especially to the south of the country. Forty bus companies operate out of the station, and there are cafés and shops, around 30 in total. There are also banks and cash dispensing machines, money exchange points and travel agencies. Unlike some of the older stations in Madrid, it has disabled access throughout, including in the toilets. Timetables for each bus company are readily and conveniently available and easy to understand, and each bus company's phone number is included as well for easy contact if required. The company, with registered head office located in Madrid, Spain, was incorporated in April 1969.
