The company is a market leader in the provision of sanitary services and the operation of hospitals and clinics. In January 2005, the IDC Sanitary Group integrated in the European multinational Capio, giving origin to the company. It has its registered office in Madrid, Spain. It has 22 centers in seven independent communities with a welfare dory of 1,500 beds. The company covers all the medical specialties and emphasizes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular, pathologic and oncological diseases.
