This company constitutes, manages and legally represents asset securitisation funds and mortgage securitisation funds. It was incorporated as a Mortgage Securitisation Fund Management Company in January 1993. It conducts business from its registered head office which is located in Madrid, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: advising on securitisable assets, organising the transaction, financial structuring, statutory and legal structuring, constituting the fund, fund management, and information on the fund. The company aims to represent and defend the interests of the holders of the securities issued by the funds managed and of all their other ordinary creditors, as the manager of third-party funds.
