The company is engaged in the management of funds focusing on investments in Portuguese and Spanish SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). It was founded in 2000, with the purpose of managing the private equity fund, GED Iberian Fund I. It conducts business out of its head office located in Madrid, Spain and a branch location in Porto, Portugal. The company manages an equity amounting to EUR 86M, through GED Iberian Fund, and its team of professionals has more than 70 years of cumulative private equity experience. Its mission is to offer high and consistent returns to its investors while maintaining moderate risk levels in its private equity operations. The company is part of GED Iberian Private Equity, S.A.U. SGECR, one of the leading independent mid-market private equity firms operating in Southwest and Southeast Europe managing approximately EUR 350 million through four different equity funds.
