This company, formerly known as Bansabadell Inversion Sa Sociedad Gestora De Instituciones De Inversion Colectiva, is engaged in asset management and related activities. It was incorporated in January of 1973 and has its registered headquarters in Sant Cugat del Valles, Spain. The company is a management entity of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities ("UCITS") filed with the Spanish Securities Commission ("CNMV") under number 58. Its activities include management of investments, the oversight and management of risks, the administration, representation and management of subscriptions and reimbursements of Investment Funds and Investment Companies; discretional, individualised management of Investment Portfolios, including those belonging to Pension Funds, by virtue of a mandate granted by the investors or a legal representative, provided that such portfolios include one or more of the instruments set forth in Article 2 of Securities Market Law 24/1988 of 28 July or of those set forth in applicable legislation at any given time; investment advisory services in one or more of the instruments provided in Article 2 of the Spanish Securities Market Law 24/1988 of 28 July or those set forth in applicable legislation at any given time; custody and management of holdings in Investment Funds and, if applicable, any shares held in Investment Funds, EuVCF and EuSEF; receipt and processing of orders from customers relating to one or more financial instruments; and distribution of shares or stakes in Collective Investment Undertakings.
