The company is engaged in the provision of integral healthcare services. It was incorporated in June of 1992 and has its registered head office located in Madrid, Spain. The company's services include elective procedures, as well as complex specialized surgeries, including joint replacement (knee/hip), cardiac surgery, and refractive surgery lasik (100 percent laser). It is legally authorized and accredited, and equipped with modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment such as conventional radiology (X-ray), digital remote control, mammography equipment, orthopantomography, ultrasound, Helical CT, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, and a department of intensive care and heart units. The company has 250 rooms with additional bed for companion, 12 suites with private lounge, ten surgery rooms, two delivery rooms, recovery units, digitalized radiology unit, pathologic anatomy unit with autopsy room, digitalized hemodynamic unit, oncology unit, ophthalmology unit, radiodiagnostic area, oncohematological unit, rehabilitation unit, endoscopy unit, and laboratory tests unit, which are equipped with modern medical equipment.
