With its registered head office in Madrid, it acts as a broker on a non-matched principal basis, carries out its activities in the different financial markets and, generally, in any financial instrument denominated in local or foreign currencies. The company has businesses in several countries around Europe, as well as in the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Chile. It offers short term and repos (commercial paper, corporate bonds, covered bonds, and treasury bills in Euro Zone), short and long term derivatives (call money swaps in euro, dollar and sterling pounds), government bonds, emerging market debt, money markets (Euro deposits, currency forwards, currencies cash, and arbitration), and interest rate options. The company also handles confirmation of deals and invoicing services. As a broker, the company is supervised by the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV) and the Bank of Spain. It is an active member of SENAF (Electronic Trading Platform of the Spanish Public Debt) and MTS Spain. The company is part of Spain's CM Capital Markets Group, a monetary broker that specializes in a wide range of financial products such as interbank deposits, public debt, private fixed income, forex, FRAs, IRS, futures, options and equities. The group has offices in Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) and Brazil (Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro).
