It was incorporated in the year 2006 and conducts business from its registered corporate office which is strategically located in Madrid, Spain. The company is involved in holding the securities of several companies for the purpose of owning, controlling interest and influencing the management decisions. It provides all aspects of corporate support and management direction for member companies and affiliates. It is in-charge of laying out developing directions, drawing out guidelines and policies, stipulating for bylaw, and supervising the performances of its businesses. In addition to defining company strategy and development policies, the company organizes and heads management and production actions and ensures their consistency at corporate level.
