Within the framework of its financial ability, it provides the necessary resources, helping businesses grow and prosper. In addition, the company provides a wide range of services focusing on business strategic planning and corporate development. Among the company's subsidiaries are Union Fenosa, an integrated energy group that operates in power generation, transport, distribution and supply, and in the gas and electricity markets; and Distribuidora de Electricidad del Norte, S.A. (DISNORTE) and Distribuidora de Electricidad del Sur (DISSUR), both operate as energy distribution companies in Nicaragua.
