The company primarily operates as an engineering, construction, and real estate company in Spain. With registered head office located in Madrid, Spain, the company was incorporated in 2009. The company focuses mainly on the construction and development of all types of projects with a particular commitment to concessions and integral management of turnkey projects (engineering, construction, manufacturing, assembly, installation, start-up and maintenance), in the following business areas: transport infrastructures, power transport and generation, renewable energies, telecommunications infrastructures, water, oil and gas and manufacturing). The company operates as a subsidiary of Grupo Isolux Corsãin S.A., which is one of the largest Spanish companies in the sectors of engineering, construction, concessions and services and renewable energies. The group is active in Spain and internationally with operations in 25 countries.
