The company is engaged in the provision of book publishing services. The company's registered head office is located in Barcelona, Spain. The company was incorporated in April 1997. It provides a full range administrative and support services to the publishing industry. The company offers document preparation services such as letter writing; document editing or proofreading; typing, word processing and desktop publishing; and stenographic, transcription, and other secretarial services. It has entered into a joint venture with Compañia de Distribucion Integral Logista S.A., the leading comprehensive logistics operator in Spain and Portugal. This joint venture is logistics-related focusing on the distribution of publications in Spain and Portugal. The company has five subsidiaries in the country and one each in Mexico and Brazil. It is jointly controlled by the Spanish group Planeta and the Italian company De Agostini S.p.A.
