The company is primarily engaged in the management activities of holding companies. The company was incorporated in July 2005 and has its registered principal place of business in Madrid, Spain. Its subsidiaries include Cartonajes International SL, a Spanish-based private company incorporated in July 1956, which is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of corrugated paper and paperboard and other cardboard packaging products. Within the framework of its financial function, the company provides liquidity for the operational companies and oversees the principal and security management system to its business undertakings, as well as providing consultancy services delivering a broad suite of services and solutions including sourcing, capital advisory services, strategy and operations, and company risk services designed so as to achieve business objectives to attain productivity and growth.
