The company engaged in the production and co-production activities. It was founded in 2006. The registered business office of the company is based in Madrid, Spain. The company covers writing and acquisition of scripts, filming, editing, image and sound post-production, and film marketing activities; distribution and exploitation of rights related to audiovisual works comprising children programming, documentaries, and television series through theatrical, DVD, television distribution, and the Internet. It also offers the production and promotion of theatrical projects; event marketing; content production for third parties, which consist of drama series, general entertainment programs, game shows, and documentaries; and production of nature and environmental documentaries, series, programs, and content. In addition, the company is involved in the stage rental; rental of recording equipment, including camera chains, mobile units, news teams, and lighting equipment; provision of sound engineering services comprising voice recording, musical creation, and creation of soundtracks for television, cinema and radio; input/output conversion services from film to digital and vice-versa; and digital colourimetry/calibration services. Further, it provides signal control and play-out of television channels for broadcasting and electronic programming guides; provision of technical services for Internet protocol television, television streaming through mobile phone, private television networks, and creation of interactive visual environments, video games, and simulators; installations for multimedia events; and production of corporate and institutional videos. The company is active and operational, together with its subsidiaries, in Spain and the United States.
