The company was established in the year 2005, and has its registered head office in Barcelona, Spain. Its broad portfolio includes all of the customer care consulting services: outsourcing through its latest generation integral contact centers, setting up corporate customer care centers in the companies themselves (definition of resources required, search for and study of feasibility of different options, design, development and later management of the contact center), advising in information technologies within the customer care sector, and other types of outsourcing such as offshoring and homeshoring, among others. Its consultancy and business process outsourcing (BPO) divisions allow the company, if so wished, to manage the whole process on behalf of its customers for the duration of the business cycle with the customer and their own customer (s). This ranges from the design of management policies and procedures, and of policies to ensure the customer or consumer remains loyal to the relevant brand or company, to the development and implementation of off-line procedures required in each sphere of business. The company has active operations in Spain, North America and Latin America with main offices in Barcelona and Madrid and international contact centers distributed throughout the EMEA region, Latin America and the United States.
