Its corporate object is the indirect management of Public Service Television in accordance with the terms of the 1989 State concession and other operations related to said management. The company heads a group of dependent companies which form the Telecinco group. Telecinco group's main line of activity is the operation of the advertising slot in the television channel. One of the company's subsidiaries includes Cinematext Media S.A., a Spanish-based company engaged in the subtitling activities for the cinema, video and television industry. Another subsidiary of the company is Grupo Editorial Telecinco S.A.U., engaged in the acquisition and the licensing of phonogram and audiovisual recording rights, artist representation, show promotions and editing, producing, distributing and marketing publications and graphic material.
