This company is engaged in the management of regulated on-street parking in Madrid and the surrounding areas. It was founded in 1976 and conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located Madrid, Spain. The company holds 28,850 cars and includes the Salamanca district of Madrid and part of the Chamartan district. It became the only company that managed 100 percent of the two regulated parking zones. There are six parking zones in Madrid, each with a similar capacity. The company is a major subsidiary of FCC Versia, S.A., a Spanish enterprise engaged in the following activities: handling, logistics, urban furniture, conservation and systems, parking, vehicle inspections and transport. Furthermore, the company aims to cooperate in the development of the city of the future, based on technology; and to lead mobility services to connect cities and citizens.
