The private equity firm is engaged in investing in quoted and unquoted companies having a presence in sectors with the potential for growth and it has first-class managers and partners. It was founded in the year 1986 and is headquartered in the city of Madrid, Spain. The firm has a selected portfolio of holdings which basically cover the sectors of construction, industrial and services. It also has directly-managed real-estate assets. Its investment portfolio consists of Antevenio, Acerinox, ACS, Clinica Baviera, RosRoca, Ocibar, Mecalux, Pepe Jeans, Indra, Flex Group, Ebro and Panasa. The firm is also involved in the real estate business. It mainly invests in top-tier office buildings in prime downtown or suburban business locations, strongly focused on the cities of Madrid and Barcelona, the two most important office markets in Spain. Its real estate business is based on the rent operation of all of these buildings, seeking to optimize their yield and managing the commercial, administrative and technical aspects of these financial-property activities, paying special attention to the maintenance, upkeep and improvement of the buildings.
