The company, with central offices in Madrid, Spain, is engaged in real estate management. Its activity is focused on the residential sector, both first and second homes, rental income from real estate, and the provision of all kinds of real estate services--management, administration, maintenance and commercialization of assets--for the companies comprising the ONCE Business Corporation (Corporacian Empresarial ONCE, S.A. or CEOSA), which engages in many different activities, essentially in the following sectors: promotion and management of real estate, security and cleaning, tourism, food, and others such as urban furniture, insurance and physiotherapy. It was created in 1996 as a result of merger through the acquisition of real estate companies that had been working within the ONCE group since 1988. The company has adopted a policy of expansion and diversification, and in line with this aim regional offices have been opened in Barcelona, Málaga and the Levante region. All of its developments, without exception and including those of public housing, have one thing in common - quality, which is translated into specific facts: selection of the best locations, functional, comfortable designs, taking care with the aesthetics and the surroundings, choosing materials of the highest quality and paying particular attention to the finishes. In 2004, it completed the construction of 490 homes in Malaga, Ruba­ (Barcelona), Vicalvaro (Madrid), Villajoyosa (Alicante) and Villaverde (Madrid), and at the same time construction began of three new developments in Manilva (Malaga), Calpe (Valencia) and Tarrasa (Barcelona), which will mean a total of 501 homes, to be delivered in 2005. It is the head company of the Real Estate Group of the ONCE Business Corporation.
