The company, based in Spain, is engaged in the processing, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural products. It was incorporated in the year 2000 and has its registered corporate office in Madrid. Some of the company's major products are Roundup Ready canola, a herbicide tolerant canola modified using gene technology to tolerate glyphosate; Cotton, an important global crop producing a range of essential products from all-natural fibre to oil and animal feed; and Roundup herbicides and other glyphosate products, are used as part of an environmentally responsible weed control program.
