The company has a registered office located in Madrid, Spain. The company has been distributing leading brands in the Spanish market since 1948, the year in which it was founded. It belongs to the multinational Bolton Group. The company also produces and markets its own brands, leaders in Spain, in the food and cleaning products markets. Its portfolio of brands, always the leading brands in their market segments, includes a wide range of products known for their quality. The company has specialist sales lines for every product and client type. Its brands are PRIMA, Omino Bianco, WC Net, and Chilly. The company has its central offices in Madrid. They are home to its general management and are also the location for the Marketing, Sales, Administration and Finance, Management Control and Reporting Departments and management teams. Also at that site are the Human Resources and IT Departments. The manufacturing plant and the temperature controlled warehouse for food products are located in Ventas de Retamosa, in the province of Toledo, and this is also the location for the operations management team and the Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing and Facilities Maintenance Departments. The factories for the cleaning products are located in the European Union and the central warehouse is in Toledo.
