Lactimilk S.A. is a private company engaged in the manufacture of dairy products including milk and cheese. The company has its registered head office in Arteixo (A Coruna), Spain. It was incorporated in March 1991. The company is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Ebro Puleva S.A. (formerly Azucarera Ebro Agricolas S.A.), a Spanish publicly quoted firm primarily engaged in the manufacture, distribution and export of sugar and its by-products, dairy, rice, spices, fish preserves and other food products catered for human and animal consumption. Under the requisites of the standard EN-UNE 9001:2000, Lactimilk S.A. has been awarded a number of certificates for its Quality System. As of July 2005, the company has become a subsidiary of Leite Rio S.L., which is a producer of milk in Spain.
