Actuar como comercializador de gas natural y realizar todas las actividades permitidas a dichos comercializadores según la normativa legal sobre hidrocarburos, una vez obtenidas, en su caso, las pertinentes autorizaciones administrativas, con expresa exclusión de todas aquellas actividades consideradas reguladas por dicha normativa. La venta de la energía eléctrica generada a través de la participación en el mercado de producción y a través de ventas a consumidores cualificados, incluyendo la celebración de cualquier tipo de contrato de compraventa de electricidad, tanto físico bilateral, como por diferencias o puramente financiero sobre los precios de la electricidad o de otros servicios, pero con expresa exclusión de las actividades reguladas de distribución y transporte de electricidad. La comercialización de energía eléctrica a consumidores que tengan la condición de cualificados o a otros sujetos del sistema eléctrico, mediante cualquier tipo de contratación legalmente permitida;
