Architectural activities
The company, together with its subsidiaries, operates as a company consultant and a provider of integrated services, specializing in infrastructure in the road sector (full maintenance) in Europe, America and Africa. With registered head office located in Madrid, Spain, the company was incorporated in December 2001. The company is responsible for all activities in the international market of the Group Elsamex, based in Spain, which is a provider of transport infrastructure services in Spain and internationally. Its activities include: rehabilitation of roads and airports; comprehensive maintenance of roads, airports, gas stations, etc.; technology transfer, technical assistance for paving asphalt; and consulting and engineering on issues related to the road. To accomplish its objectives abroad, its operation is divided into three major delegations: American Delegation, whose offices are located in the city of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic; Delegation Centre, which covers the countries of Europe, Africa and the Middle East and its based is at the headquarters of the company in Madrid; and Asian Delegation, whose offices are located in New Delhi, India. In addition to these three delegations, it has offices in those countries where it is required a very active and continuous presence, depending always on the delegation related.
