The company, with registered headquarters in Madrid, Spain, is engaged in the provision of management of holding companies with interests in the planning, construction, repair, maintenance, financing and operation of motorways, highways, expressways, traditional roads, bridges and tunnels. It was incorporated in March of 1984. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spain-based Enaitinere SL - a holding company engaged in the provision of technical, legal and financial services. The company has nine subsidiaries in Spain which are involved in the construction of motorways, roads, airfields and sport facilities, as well as in the land transport support activities such as maintenance and running of tool motorways. Through its other subsidiaries, the company is active in Colombia and Chile.
