It was incorporated in December of 1997, and is headquartered in Madrid, Spain. The company is one of the 500 largest company in Spain. Its business is focused on the field of industry, engineering, manufacture, and naval industry. The company develops complete embedded systems for telecontrol of electrical power plants. It is one of the principal providers of RTUs (Remote Terminal Units) for Endesa in Spain and for Edenor in Argentina. The company has been using ISaGRAF, a technology that has been used in the development of two separate product features: the automation of voltage regulation in HV transformers in electrical distribution substations, and the start and stop sequence for generator engines in hydraulic power plants located in the Pyrenees. The company is a subsidiary of ACS Servicios Comunicaciones y Energia S.L.
