The company is engaged in the distribution of gaseous fuels through mains. It was incorporated in April of 1996 and has its registered head office located in Madrid, Spain. The company operates in seven Spanish autonomous communities and is authorized to distribute piped gas in more than 250 towns and cities. Further, the company is a subsidiary of ENDESA S.A., the leading utility in the Spanish electricity system and the number one private electricity company in Latin America.
