The company is engaged in publishing services. It was incorporated in 1973 and has its registered head office strategically located in Madrid, Spain. The company's operations specializes in publishing books and periodicals, and other works that characterized by the intellectual creativity required in their development and are usually protected by copyright. It publishes books of different authors and illustrators, as well as many librarians, agents, editors, publicists, booksellers and publishers. It also distribute or arrange for the distribution of these works, or may create the works in-house, contract for, purchase, or compile works that were originally created by others. These works may be published in one or more formats, such as print and electronic form, including proprietary electronic networks.
