The entity is an international oil company, engaged in all activities within the hydrocarbon sector. These include the exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas, the transport of oil products, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas. The company was incorporated in November 1990 and has its head office located in Madrid, Spain. The company is a subsidiary of Repsol YPF SA, an integrated oil and gas company engaged in all aspects of the petroleum business, including exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas, transportation of petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas, petroleum refining, petrochemical production and marketing of petroleum products, petroleum derivatives, petrochemicals, LPG and natural gas. The company is active in Switzerland through its overseas operating subsidiaries.
