The company, with head office in Madrid, is one of the first plants in Europe to produce soft drinks. The company is engaged in the manufacture, commercialization and distribution of drinks. The company was established as a Coca-Cola concessionaire in 1952 in Madrid. It is the leading bottler for Coca-Cola in Spain, bottling and distributing more than 100 products directly to bars, restaurants, cafes, large retailers and others bottlers. It has 27 distributors throughout the country and also works in partnerships with independent distributors and agents. The company's factory is located in the industrial complex of Casbega in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). The plant is one of the major plants within the Coca-Cola Company group producing various types of products. Further, the plant is considered one of the flagship plants due to its innovation, material technologies and environmental considerations. The company has implanted the programs and procedures necessary to assure the quality of the drinks it makes, fulfilling much the requirements of the effective legislation of the System of Quality of Coca-Cola. As a result of the growth of new formats, flavors and packing, Casbega breaks with the system of traditional storage and adopts the concept of automatic logistic warehouse that has a large capacity allowing storage of approximately 26,000 trowels. It is a family owned enterprise and 100 percent Spanish capital bottler and distributor of The Coca-Cola Company, the world's largest producer, distributor and marketer of non-alcoholic beverages, concentrates and syrups. The company's mission is to develop best drinks of the world by producing, selling and distributing drinks that contribute health benefits to its consumers.
