The company is engaged in the production and marketing of total chlorine free (TCF) cellulose paste from eucalyptus wood. It was incorporated in the year 2000 and has its registered office in Madrid, Spain. The company produces cellulose paste from the eucalyptus wood using magnesium calcium bisulphite, which is considered a state-of-the-art process from a sustainable point of view in the economical, social and environmental aspects. It is the first world firm to have a high consistency bleaching process such as ozone, extraction, and peroxide (ZEP). Its cellulose paste, due to its great purity, is preferably used for textile, non woven, personal hygiene and medical sanitary applications. During the process, the company separates the lignin from the cellulose to later concentrate and use it in the production of lignin sulphate. The company's product main application is the production of cut viscose staple fiber. Its cellulose allows all its clients to obtain a total chlorine free fibre, a product specially indicated for the ever-growing hygienic and sanitary sector. Other important applications, although manufactured in less volume, are cellophane, sponges, CMC or polymer molding. The company sells its product all around the world from its headquarters in Spain and through its representation office in Shanghai (China). Most of the sales are framed in the Asian market, in places including India, Continental China, Japan, Taiwan and Pakistan. There is also an important level of sales in the European Union. The company understands the cellulose sales as a global service, reaching a high standard of service and advice available to its clients. Its main clients are leading companies in technology within their respective sectors as well as in the markets they cater for and they hold a solid financial position, including CFC (Taiwan), Innovia Films (United Kingdom), Omikenshi (Japan), Tangshang Sanyou (China), and Mapa Spontex (Spain).
