The company is engaged in buying and selling of own or leased real estate. It was incorporated in 2011 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is located in Madrid, Spain. The company, together with its agents, offers a wide range of services that includes facilitating and guiding a buyer through the purchasing process; managing the property of the client; finding appropriate property or unit in accordance with the buyers needs, specifications, and cost; and taking buyers to showrooms and showing them properties available for sale. It also prescreens buyers to ensure they are financially qualified to buy the properties and negotiates price and terms on behalf of the buyers and prepares standard real estate purchase contract by filling in the blanks in the contract form. The buyer's agent acts as a fiduciary or a person to whom the property is entrusted for the benefit of the buyer.
