The company is engaged in the production, programming and management of performing arts and music theater. It was incorporated in 1995 with headquarters located in Madrid, Spain. The company runs a performing arts and music theater with rehearsal rooms, individual dressing rooms, and dressing rooms for 324 people groups. In addition to the functions that are represented in different rooms of the theater, the company makes available to the general public other areas of services in order for the fans to have a varied choice of activities. Thus, the company, in collaboration with the Amigos de la Ópera de Madrid (AAOM) performs all weekdays, except Tuesdays, from September to July, guided tours of the building's public spaces. There is also a catering service offered by the Grupo Arturo Cantoblanco on the second floor and a store with a very large selection of albums and a brief selection of books related to the opera on the street corner between Philip V and the Plaza de Oriente.
