This company is engaged in the installation of electrical, mechanical and special equipment. It was founded in 1948 as Electrificaciones y Montajes Guinovart, S.A. The company is headquartered in Madrid, Spain. It specialises in electrical, mechanical and special installations in major infrastructures (airports, tunnels) and in singular buildings (hospitals, office buildings); and increasing its presence in the railway electrification sector (overhead contact lines and electrical substations), both on the national and international scope. The company has taken part in the main high-speed railway projects executed in Spain, from Madrid-Sevilla H-S.L., until the last built Corridor Orense-Santiago-Coruna, being a national benchmark in this type of electrifications. It has installed more than 700 kilometers of high-speed catenary and more than 400 kilometers of conventional catenary in direct current. The company's installations department designs and executes large installations, mainly on the following areas: Tunnels and roads, Airports, Hospitals, Wastewater treatment plants, and Singular buildings.
