It has a registered office located in Madrid, Spain. The company was launched through the merger of two former companies: Servicios y Procesos Ambientales S.A. (SPA) and Conservación de Infraestructuras Urbanas S.A. (Coinusa). It incorporates the accumulated experience of both companies and has developed its own global outlook on the management, building and maintenance of infrastructures. The company was incorporated in July of 1983. The company is a worldwide leader in this industry through its extensive experience in project management and its flexible, dynamic organization, engineering expertise, advanced technology and excellent service quality standards. Its activity areas include Municipal Waste Water Treatment, Drinking Water Treatment and Reuse, Desalination (SWRO, BWRO, RWRO), and Investigation and Development.
