The company is engaged in the management of the rights of intellectual property of actors, dancers and directors. It was established in 1990 and has its registered office in Madrid, Spain. The company develops its activity, fundamentally, in two areas of work: welfare area that focuses on the quick economic aid and advising to the artists, and intérpretes in situations of economic necessity, labor or of health; and the promotional area which organizes and finances skillful courses and classes for the artists intérpretes, single or in collaboration with other institutions, as well as develops programs of spreading, investigation and interchange of knowledge on the artistic profession and the rights of intellectual property, and foments actions of institutional promotion. It integrates 25 advisors, specialized by zones and areas of work. The company is also in-charge and promotes activities of character welfare and promotional between its associate.
