The company is engaged in activities auxiliary to financial intermediation. It was incorporated in November of 1980, and has its registered office located in Madrid, Madrid, Spain. The company's activities consist of investment loans, to guarantee transactions for loans from financing institutions to be used for financing fixed assets; and working capital loans, to guarantee loan transactions for financing institutions, aimed at financing treasury needs. Moreover, the company offers financial guarantees to third parties to guarantee all debt obligations with creditors for whatever concept deriving from their business activity. Also, the company offers Non-monetary Guarantees for the Government and Public Organisations, such as Procurement Guarantee to guarantee commitments acquired from the Public Administration and other public bodies resulting from the advances they provide for the procurement of materials and equipment; and Non-monetary Guarantees for Third Parties, whose purpose is to guarantee the fulfillment of contracts, service management, provisions or similar for private enterprises or individuals.
