It has its registered office located in Madrid, Spain. One of the company's subsidiaries include DNC De Nederlanden Compagnie N.V., a Netherlands-based company which is engaged in the construction, mining and materials handling machinery and equipment. Other subsidiary of the company is Grupo Empresarial ENCE S.A., a company incorporated in 1957, which is engaged in pulp mills manufacturing. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caja De Ahorros y Monte de Piedad De Madrid, a Spanish-based company which was incorporated in January 1869, and is engaged in savings bank activities.
