Other sports activities

The company operates as an organization of sport events related to athletics. It was created as a result from the Pact Interfederal of 1918 and officially constituted the 27 of March of 1920 in a meeting held in Bilbao under the name of Atlé Federation; Spanish tica. It was incorporated in 1920 and has its registered office in Madrid, Spain. The company's business operation specializes in operating racetracks, as well as handles independent athletes engaged in participating in live sporting or racing events before a paying audience. It also act as owners of racing participants. The company is affiliated to the Association the International of Federations of Atletismo (IAAF) and to the European Association of Atletismo (AEA).
