The organization is engaged in the provision of home telecare care services. It is a privately held organization based in Spain. It was incorporated in December 1992. The registered head office of the organization is located in Madrid, Spain. The organization offers a wide range of services such as emergency care, regular telephone monitoring, and personal monitoring to the problems which might arise. It also provides regular home visits to maintain direct contact, mobile units of intervention, key escrow service, as well as system agenda through which the user is reminded issues, including medical appointments and taking medication. The organization aims to improve the quality of life for people experiencing loss of autonomy, and mobilizing social-health resources tailored to their needs. It operates throughout Spain.
