It is a leading Spanish private equity investment business with EUR 250 million of equity capital under management. Its corporate office is located in Madrid, Spain. Established in 2001 by its three partners Carlos Carbó, Alvaro Mariátegui and Miguel Canalejo in a joint venture with Fortis Bank, the company has completed 13 investments with an aggregate enterprise value of more than EUR 350 million and 6 successful exits. El Derecho is the leading independent provider of general and specialized legal contents to professionals (lawyers, tax and labour advisors, judges and fiscals). Svenson is the leader in the European sector that offers solutions for hair loss. Rodilla is a restaurant chain in Madrid specializing in sandwiches. Grupo Dibaq is a major manufacturer of pet food and aquaculture feed in Southern and Eastern Europe Grupo de Bodegas Vinartis S.A produces red, white, and rose wines, as well as table wines. Hedonaï operates in the fast growing image care services market, being a leading provider of premium aesthetic medicine services (as laser hair removal services, medical aesthetic treatments, or cosmetic treatments) in the Spanish market with 20 centres. Lizarran is a restaurant operator. Fruits Guzmán S.A is the leading provider of specialized food (gourmet products and high quality processed fruit & vegetables) to hotels, restaurants and catering groups in Spain. Lastly, Unipost SA is a postal operator.
