This joint stock company is engaged in the provision of computer, telematic, communications and consulting services for activities in the fields of transportation logistics and distribution. The company is based in Madrid, Spain. It was incorporated in November 1995 with capital from the State Ports Public Body and from Telefónica to serve the Maritime and Port Community by driving new initiatives necessary to undertake emergent businesses in a continuously changing environment. Based in its considerable experience and expertise, the company offers an ample and varied products and services which are perfectly adapted to the needs and requirements demanded by clients.
