The company is engaged in the assembly, construction, repair and maintenance of plants and utilization of solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind and other renewable energy sources. It was incorporated in May of 2005 and has its registered head office in the city of Madrid in Spain. The company's services include advice and consultancy in the fields of initial high taxes, invoicing, tax preparation, accounting and finding financing; engineering covering case study, technical project, and technical and economic study; installation and implementation; after sales services covering monitoring and control of the facility, as well as maintenance, safety and good condition of the facility; and turnkey projects covering feasibility study of investment, measurements and production forecasting, works management, installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance. Besides solar park, the company also makes photovoltaic solar plants on the deck of ships or buildings. The company conducts its business activities in Madrid as well as the surrounding areas.
