Cold forming or folding
The company is a private industrial enterprise, which is mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of special steel profiles using cold rolled lines. The company was incorporated in September 1997 and has a registered head office and manufacturing facilities located in Fuenlabrada, Spain. The company's steel products include hull structure steel plates, thick steel plates, wide and heavy steel plates, deformed steel bars, steel profiles, steel billets, cold and hot rolled steel products, as well as coking products, among others. The company's Research and Development department obtains client requests and carries out of feasibility studies. Then alternatives and technical improvements are suggested from experience. The client approves the proposal and the company defines every single process on the cold rolling line, including drilling, embossing, fastening and final processing, in order to achieve customer requirements.
