The company, with registered head office located in Madrid, Spain, is engaged in the operation of a restaurant in Spain. It was opened in 1969. The company quickly earned a spot in the thriving dining Madrid, till the point of being one of the few restaurants that was rewarded with a Michelin Red Guide star in it first edition to Spain. In 1981 it was acquired by Evaristo Garcia, owner of Pescaderías Coruñesas, and the restaurant specialized in fish and seafood could not be otherwise. Since then the main goal was finding the best product to its shores and a simple preparation to enhance the natural flavours.
