It provides a variety of operation and maintenance services ranging from full Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract provision to discrete O&M services. The company's services during the project development phase are feasibility studies, business plans, contract negotiation support, Fuel Supply Agreement (FSA), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and design review. It also provides all the necessary expertise and resources during the mobilization phase and power station commissioning. These services cater the needs of clients such as combined cycle power plants, diesel engine power plants, hydroelectric power plants, water treatment plants, industrial power plants and waste treatment facilities, thermal power plants, and renewable power plants. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gas Natural - Union Fenosa, a group active in power plant operation and maintenance.
