The company is primarily engaged in the production of renewable energy. The company was incorporated in July of 2009. The registered head office of the company is located in Madrid, Spain. The company is Spain's market leader in the production of renewable energy using forest biomass and energy crop. The company's pulp mill in Huelva has an installed capacity of 117MW to generate renewable power: 68 megawatts (MW) produced using biomass and 49 megawatts (MW) using gas cogeneration. The company can generate more than 800,000 MWh of energy, equivalent to the power consumption of more than 600,000 people, more than half of the energy produced by the whole company. It generates electricity across three power production plants. The company holds the AENOR ISO 9001 Quality Certifications and has an environmental management system in place in accordance with the UNE EN ISO 14001 standard.
